You may request a return or replacement if:
- Return request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery -For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for: - Opened or used skincare products - Perfumes that have been used or unsealed - Products purchased during sale/discount offers (unless damaged) - We offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect products - Al Othoba is not responsible for issues reported after the return window Non-Returnable Items - Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval Note: We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions. - Perfumes with broken seals or signs of use - Products without original packaging
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
